1: FILTER. When creating a filter the pop up list (eg move to list) is horrific when
one has a large number of main/sub folders. It would be much easier if
the pop up did not initially show all the sub folders as well. It would
be absolutely great if one could add ones own icons or colors to
folders, and/or create bold face descriptions to folders in different
colors. Even if this were not possible then just making the main folder
icons distinctly different from sub folders would improve efficiency by 80%

2: FILE ATTACHMENT one key click attachments. Say i want to send a file for x product and
for someone else y product. Now to do this one has to click to open
dialog, find directory find file then attach. How easy would it be if
one could click 1 button for x product, 1 click for y product. Even
greater if there were 10 1 click attach file preset buttons.

One could be a permanent attachment that can be changed to another file at the click
of a button or unattached with one click.

3: ADDRESS ATTACHMENT Same thing for address attachments. Say, eg, I want my home address sent
automatically with one email then on the next email my business
address.Now we are stuck with only one auto attachment. Changing this 5
or ten times a day is not feasible at present.

I think these features would make it an awesome highly efficient business tool

Please give serious consideration to adding these functions.
